Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter milk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup mashed bananas ( app. 2)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and cake flour, beating until smooth. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F until done (about 35-40 minutes).
