How do you remove dust off of the clothes of dolls?

If the clothing is not removable as per the archive response, try the canned air sold to clean computer keyboards to blow it away. Use a blow dryer to blow dust away. You could also put the doll in a bag with a cup of dry cornmeal or salt, close the bag and shake thoroughly, then shake the doll over a trash can to remove the corn meal/salt.

Maybe there is a way to remove the doll's clothing. I would soak the clothing in some cool water and mild detergent. Rinse out well and lay out on a towel to air dry, then touch up with an iron. (01/16/2008)
