What is the value of Tawny Heartfelt #74/500 and Olive Heartfelt dolls by Marie Osmond?
Normally to estimate a value of a doll you go by what people have sold the dolls for recently. I have looked around none of the dolls have sold online in quite some time. People are asking a varity of prices for their dolls ranging from $3.65 all the way up to $140. The market is currently flooded with people trying to sell off their dolls and this drives the value way down. In reality you are looking at around $25 to $40 for each doll.
Some of the MO dolls are still quite sought after and often go for higher amounts than other "mass produced" dolls.
Each of your gals is currently listed as active auctions on eBay, one for $84.95 with seller paid shipping (which takes the value down to about half after shipping and fees) and several in the low $100 range with a variety of shipping configurations including BUYER paid shipping.
You would need to watch these auctions to see if they sell and that will be the current market value for the dolls.
Remember, sellers can ask whatever they want, and often sellers think their items are far more valuable than the market can bear, so these may be slightly higher prices than people will pay.
Her dolls do have somewhat of a following, so you may fetch near to those amounts for your sale. The thing is it takes just the right buyer to buy and dolls can sit for a long time before selling.
Post back how you sale goes! Thank for asking!
I have a Marie Osmond porcelain doll 'Bunny Blues", still in the box. It was never used. I am trying to find out what it is worth.
The best way to determine the value of your doll is to look it up on ebay or other sites.
I looked it up and it looks like anywhere from $20 to $100+ www.ebay.com/
This site provides great instructions on how to do so: ""People often ask; What is the value of my doll?
I have a mint condition first edition Miracle Babies Collection what is value?
By Mary B.
It is possible someone on this site can help you - but doubtful.
If you have good pictures and description you might try eBay's doll discussion board as they have people who know almost everything there is to know about dolls. (Sellers usually - and they know the value of these dolls.)
If you are unfamiliar with eBay's discussion boards - just Google it and you will find directions.
You can do your own research - eBay, Google, Etsy and lots of doll sites. Just takes a little time and effort.
These are asking in the $50 range on eBay
Ty for your response. What a shame as she cost close to $600 new. In 1991.
I have a box set of Marie Osmond fine collectibles called Too Sweets. There are 3 dolls in it called divinity, orange cream, and dark chocolate truffle.
This one is asking $50. www.ebay.com/
You can watch the one that Judy shared with you to see if it sells for that price and that will give you that day's market value.
The other trios (with similar yummy names) all sell in the average of $25 dollars. They I say average because they sell as low as in the mid teens up to the mid 30s.
Replacements.com sells them. I would see what they would offer you for them also--vs. trying to fuss with them on eBay.
Sometimes a bird in the hand is worth two hanging out on eBay or other websites in auction!
Post back with how much you fetch for them! They are too cute!!
I have a Marie Osmond Kylie doll that I have not been able to find anywhere on the internet. I don't remember when she was bought, but it was probably 30-35 years ago. She is #395 and signed on the back of her neck. I would like to sell her, but don't know what she is worth.
The Marie Osmond dolls I have seen on eBay, although not Kylie, seem to be in the $70 range.
I thought I knew all of the MO dolls, but this one is not familiar.
Perhaps the Marie Osmond Doll Collectors site on FB can get you a value and more info. Post back what you learn. She is a sweet gal!!
