I bought some Durum Semolina on sale and don't know what to use it for! I am willing to try to make homemade ravioli but want interesting recipes for ingredients inside them! Thanks!

Artificial Crab meat
Whipped Cream Cheese
Garlic
Maybe a Green that you've sauteed. Suggestions being arugula or spinach.
If you want the contrast of flavors you just fold them all together with a spatula in a bowl. If you want all the flavors just together you can always throw it into a mixer of whatever sort, and then there you go!

Here are a few suggestions for filling ingredients: spinach and mozzarella, mushrooms and swiss, puree of butternut squash, ricotta cheese.
