Tuna Cheddar Chowder

Ingredients

  • 2 Carrots, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions

Saute onions and carrots in butter. Mix in flour. Add milk and broth. Heat and stir till thick and bubbly. Add tuna, celery seed, WS and salt. Heat through. Add the cheese and stir until it melts. Mmmmm YUM! It's our kiddies favorite!
