Tasty Breakfast Burritos
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3-4 potatoes cubed very small
- 1/2 cup onions chopped very small
- flour tortillas
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown meat with onions; drain.
Add potatoes, cover cook till potatoes tender/done.
Place on warm flour tortillas roll up tight burrito style; fold short ends first then fold long ends.
I place them in large freezer baggie and heat as needed in microwave.
Good for breakfast with salsa and also a quick dinner.
