Inexpensive Home Decor Idea
Inexpensive Home Decor Idea
Here's a great inexpensive home decor or gift idea. It's a collage made from magazine pictures, brochures, Internet pictures, etc. Just glue the pictures onto an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper and frame in an inexpensive 11 x 14" poster frame purchased at the dollar store for $3. My daughter made some to decorate her bedroom. She also made these for her dad, grandpa, and uncles for Father's Day and tailored them to each one's jobs and/or hobbies. They were a huge hit. The possibilities are endless.

Great idea. This would make great gifts for friends and relatives. You could use different themes based on each recipient's hobbies. Hey, don't I know you?

I made one of these when I was in Art School. It was made up entirely of eyes--thousands and thousands of eyes. Kind of strange, and I'm sure it made some kind of psychological statement about me, but at that age, who cares. Sure got everyone's attention and was a conversation starter.

This is SO cool. I don't scrapbook but I've been thinking about somehow mounting collections of travel things or other memorabilia. Your idea is just great. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, this takes me back to when I was 13! I am 23 now, but I used to love making these and hanging them on my bedroom door/walls!
