St. Patrick's Day Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkgs. lime gelatin
  • 2 pkgs. cream cheese (3oz. size)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed or chunk (reg. size)
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

First layer: Dissolve 1 package of gelatin with 2 cups water. Add nuts and pineapple. Pour into mold.

Second layer: Dissolve 1 package or gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Chill until somewhat thickened and whip. Add softened cheese and Miracle Whip to blend well. Fold in whipped cream and sugar. Pour on thickened first layer.
