Roast Beef That Makes It's Own Gravy
- roast (any kind and any size you like)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 package onion gravy mix
- potatoes, chopped (as many as you like)
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a roaster, combine all of the ingredients, except the potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees F until the roast is done. Add the potatoes 1 1/2 hours before you are ready to serve the roast.

I make something extremely similiar. I cut the roast (any cheap roast will do) into cubes and put all in slow cooker. I serve over mash potatoes! One of my favorites!
