I like pizza lasagna because it is a combination of pizza and lasagna.
Ingredients:
- lasagna noodles
- 2 cans or jars pizza sauce
- Mexican blend cheese
- lean ground beef
- sausage
- pepperoni
- ham cubes
- bacon
- bacon bits
- onions
- green pepper
- hot peppers
- mushrooms
- black olives
- non stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
While noodles are cooking, brown and drain ground beef, sausage, and bacon. Crumble bacon in a large bowl. Add beef and sausage.
Add ham cubes and bacon bits. Chop onion, green pepper, hot pepper, mushrooms and black olives. Add to the meat mixture. Stir in the pizza sauce.
Spray a 13x9 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
Layer noodles, pepperoni and cheese. Ending with the top 2 layers noodles with cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and cheese melted. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
I serve this with garlic bread and a salad.
*Note* You can use any combination of things that you like on your pizza.
