Marinading Chicken Breasts with Leftover Dressing |
I buy various salad dressings when they go on sale. That leaves me with almost-empty bottles accumulating in the fridge. When I accumulate enough varieties of dressings, I buy a huge pack of chicken breasts on sale, section them into regular serving sizes, put them into individual plastic zipper bags and pour in the dressing. Then I freeze the individual baggies until the day before I'm going to use them. I put them in the fridge to defrost, and they marinate at the same time. I either bake them or I toss them on the George Foreman grill, and they are moist and delicious. They taste different every time, too, so we never get bored.

Hey Bobbie, Thanks for the idea of using the G. Forman grill. I'm trying to find other things to cook with the grill. I'm eating alone so I need some ideas. Got any more? I'll try the chicken idea too. Juanita
