Buy cranberries early in the season and put them straight into the freezer. The closer you get to the holidays the more expensive they get. Frozen cranberries can be used just like fresh in all recipes.

How would you go about freezing them? Would you put them on a cookie sheet and freeze then bag, or do you have to cook them or what?
