You might consider using flour tortillas; they come in varied sizes, and, this is something that Applebee's restaurant uses to make one of their pizza appetizers. I use them a lot for pizzas...great!

This may not be the best, but it's by far the easiest: Buy Bisquick & add just enough water till you can spread it out very thin. You don't need to let it rise because it's a quick-bread. (Like DiGiorno's rising crust pizza's)

I am trying to make my own pizza crust. I have purchased the boxed crusts and made them. It is just my dh and I so I am able to make two and sometimes three crusts from the boxed ones. However, when I bake them I like a thin crisp crust and mine are rather doughy and thick. Can anyone tell me how I can make a thin crisp crust?
