You can download manuals for GF here. They are pdf files so you will need a reader if you dont already have one on your computer. I rec the free FoxIt reader over the usual Adobe.
Call the store where you bought the grill, and they should be able to give you the toll free number of the manufacturer. Call the manufacturer and explain to them that you are missing the owners manual and they should be able to mail you one.
