Go to recipehut.homestead.com/bulk.html. They have all kinds of recipes. Hope this helps.

For the entree, determine what the portion size will be. Multiply by 60 and add on another 20% just in case.

i.e. make macaroni and cheese in aluminum pans and figure out what the portion size will be.
