Here's a cute hat made from a straw hat and craft foam.
Materials:
- straw hat
- craft foam
- glue
- wiggly eyes
- spray paint or acrylic paint
Directions:
- Paint the hat and let dry.
- Cut out foam in shapes as in picture for arms, cheeks, smile, starfish, and circles on legs.
- Glue the pieces on the on the hat and glue on the wiggly eyes.
