Creamy Chicken Bake
Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts, no skin
2 cups cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
3 cups long grain brown rice(cooked according to directions)
Directions
Mix soup and sour cream together. Place chicken in medium baking dish. Cover with soup mixture. Season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder) Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes and serve over rice.

MAYBE SO BUT OTHERWISE IT'S GOOD. THERE ARE SOUPS OUT THERE WITH LOWER SODIUM

Lots of sodium and fat using canned soup & sour cream. Watch out!
