Beat the butter and sugar together until lightly fluffy. Beat in the egg, adding a little flour if the mixture shows sign of curdling. Work in the remaining flour, muesli and flaked almonds. Shape the mixture into small balls, using floured hands. Place on greased cookie sheets, allowing room for spreading. Flatten the balls of biscuit dough slightly. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F until crisp and golden. Allow to cool slightly before removing the baked biscuits to a cooling rack.
