This a very simple recipe we make every year and is great for kids to help with around the holidays!

Easy Buckeyes

We love to eat those yummy peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate. But we hate to make them! So here is our easy solution.

Take 2 sticks of softened butter, 2 regular jars of peanut butter, a 2 pound bag of powdered sugar, blend them together real good (using your hands is the easiest).

Take a rectangle cookie sheet and butter the bottom. Press out your mixture evenly.

Melt 1 pack of chocolate bark.

Pour over the peanut butter mixture and let cool completely, cut into squares and YUMMY. Enjoy!!

I have also had this with rice krispy cereal added in the recipe. It is very good and gives it a nice crunchy taste.
Amount added would depend on how much you would like. When I have made Buckeyes before, I used creamy peanut butter.
I like the idea of making them into squares! Much easier and a time saver!!

There used to be an equally easy cookie mix - this reminded me of it ! I wish I had it ! It was no-bake which is GREAT during hot weather !
