Ingredients:
- 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- Dash of nutmeg
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender-crisp. Drain.
Return to pan over low heat.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until carrots are well coated.
