Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 large can chili beans, drained
- corn chips
Directions
After ground beef is cooled and drained, add all other ingredients except corn chips. Simmer until rice is tender (about 20 minutes). To serve on plate put a handful of corn chips, a ladle or two of meat mixture on top of chips, some grated cheese, some chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce and top all with some Ranch dressing.
