If you want to freshen the air, just simmer a dozen or so sticks of cinnamon or some cloves in 2 cups of water in an uncovered saucepan on your stove!

I use just one or two cinnamon sticks along with some cloves. If I have fresh oranges, I put in some pieces of the orange peel. Yum!

If you don't live in a polluted area why not get some real fresh air rather than stale air scented with cinnamon - open a couple of windows! Its free!

Regards

Jo
