Grilled Turkey Breast
Easy and yummy grilling recipe.
- 1 lb. turkey breast
- 1/3 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Cut turkey into 1/2 inch pieces. Place in shallow pan. Marinate in mixture of remaining ingredients for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Grill 3-4 inches from hot coals for about 10 minutes, turning once.
