Pumpkin Ring


  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin (16oz.)
  • Ad
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup milk


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt cake pan. With an electric mixer, on low speed, beat the Bisquick, sugar, brown sugar, margarine, eggs, pumpkin and pumpkin spice together, scraping the bowl continuously. Increase the electric mixer speed and mix for 3 minutes. Spread the batter into the cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes and remove it from the pan.
