Preheat oven to 400 degrees. From your leftovers, take cooked spaghetti and rice, to make about 3-4 cups per pie. With kitchen shears, cut the spaghetti into small 2 inch pieces. Add the rice, add 2 eggs per crust, a few handfuls of Parmesan or mozzarella cheese, salt and your own seasonings to taste. Mix well, press and spread to the top rim of a greased pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes until set and slightly brown. Add favorite quiche ingredients, bake as directed.

Source: I thought this up when I ran out of ideas for supper! What a great substitute for pie dough. Yum, yum.

Put those spaghetti noodles on a cutting board or piece of wax paper and use a pizza wheel to cut them up. Loads faster than kitchen shears!
