Substitute Whipped Cream

This is a recipe on how to make whipped cream by substituting ingredients. It is quick and easy. It is from scratch and fresh. I love it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 13 oz. can of evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 tsp. plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice-cold water
  • 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Chill evaporated milk for 12 hours. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and whip until stiff. Add 1/2 cup ice-cold water and 1/2 cup non fat dry milk. Add 1/2 cup sugar, slowly, while beating. Then add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and beat until mixed well.
