Substitute Whipped Cream
This is a recipe on how to make whipped cream by substituting ingredients. It is quick and easy. It is from scratch and fresh. I love it.
- 1 13 oz. can of evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 tsp. plus 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice-cold water
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
