I used to make a wonderful marinade for steak with a couple of ingredients including Vegemite and Sherry. It was on a Vegemite label but I lost this recipe years ago. I have done a search online, but cannot find any recipes. Does anyone know this recipe?

I wrote to the KRAFT FOODS people requesting their recipe:
This is what was sent to me via email...

2 Tablespoons honey
2 Teaspoons sherry
2 Teaspoons Vegemite
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely crushed

Blend all marinade ingredients. Use to coat chicken fillets and leave in refrigerator for at least two hours or overnight. Bake in oven 200C for 15 minutes or until cooked.
