Pork Chops and Stuffing Skillet

A complete one dish meal for a family!


  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 cup French or Catalina Dressing
  • Ad
  • 1 can green beans or can sliced carrots
  • 2 red apples, peeled and chopped in large chunks (optional)
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix for chicken


Coat chops with mustard. Melt margarine in large skillet , add chops, brown on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and set aside keeping warm.

Add 1 1/2 cup water, dressing and carrots or beans to skillet cook until carrots are tender 6-8.

Stir in apples and stuffing mix. Top stuffing mix with chops. cover and turn off heat. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Servings: 6-8
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time
10 Minutes Cooking Time
