Quick and Easy Ravioli and Vegetables

I made and served this meal in less than half an hour, including cleaning all the dishes used in its preparation! My dear friend Michelle showed me how to make this simple dish.



  • Frozen Ravioli (I used 1/2 cheese and 1/2 portabella mushroom ravioli)
  • 2 medium heads of broccoli
  • Bag of frozen peas w/ pearl onions
  • Italian salad dressing (I used a kind with basil and romano in it)
  • Parmesan Cheese


Put a large pot of water on high.

While you are waiting for your water to boil wash and cut your broccoli.

Once water is brought to a boil add ravioli (I fed 4 people and put in 40 ravioli) and add Broccoli.

Boil for 3-5 minutes (or how ever long your frozen ravioli directions call for on the bag).

Finally add the frozen peas, these do not need long to cook, less than a minute.

Strain water, and serve and garnish with parmesan.
