Quick Salmon Rice Casserole
- 1 can salmon (7 oz.)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
Flake salmon into buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Mix in rice, lemon juice, soup, dill, cheese and milk. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
