Monica's Red Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. new potatoes, cooked, drained and cooled and chopped
  • 6 eggs, cooked, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • dash of garlic salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In large bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion, mayo, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Sprinkle green onions of top. Refrigerate.
