- 2 lb. new potatoes, cooked, drained and cooled and chopped
- 6 eggs, cooked, peeled and chopped
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- dash of garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
In large bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, bacon, onion, mayo, celery salt, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle green onions of top. Refrigerate.
