- 2 1/2 lbs. bottom round steak
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion, cut fine
- 1 can peas
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 whole clove
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
Line baking pan with a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the above ingredients and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 3 1/2-4 hours.
