Using up Leftover Stuffing
Slice leftover stuffing and warm on stove or microwave. Serve fried eggs over it (or next to it) for breakfast or a quick lunch or dinner. Can also be served next to scrambled eggs.

If I have extra stuffing, I take it and mix with 1 egg and a little water and make into patties. I dip the patties into flour and then lightly saute in olive oil. My husband likes this with eggs.
