Baked Parmesan Treats

If you like Parmesan you will love this yummy, crispy snack! You will need to work in batches if you only have one baking sheet. If you have two sheets, try to set them side by side on the same rack or switch their positions half way through baking.

  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese, finely shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place about 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese onto a parchment lined baking sheet and gently spread the cheese out into a circle about 2 inches in diameter. Continue making more circles keeping them at least 1 inch apart.

Bake until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool and store at room temperature in an airtight container.

Hi Maryeileen, I don't see why it wouldn't work because Romano is in the hard cheese category too. :-)
