I know that it sounds easy to do but I can tell you from experience that if you are taking more than 2-3 medicines it is a nightmare! All of the drug companies have different forms and guidelines. They also have a habit of "not receiving" everything. Once you qualify you have to keep up the process to stay current. You might consider hiring an advocate to do it for you. Yes, I know they charge a fee but so does your dentist, real estate agent, tax guy and anyone else who does something for you. If you dont think it is worth it, dont do it!!

Also as mentioned, search on the name of the maker of the prescription or the prescription name. Find the manufacturer and ask them if they have any programs. Many of them do.
