Baked Ham and Potato

Inexpensive, quick, and easy meal to prepare.

  • ham slice (I use the Toupie type that come in packages of four)
  • potatoes
  • Ad
  • milk
  • mustard
  • brown sugar

Depending on the quantity you are making, put ham slice(s) in baking dish, sprinkle with mustard and brown sugar. Place slices of potato around and over the ham. Cover with just enough milk to cover. Bake about one hour at 400 degrees F.

Question.... are you using the condiment yellow mustard (like you'd put on a hot dog), or the dry yellow mustard spice?
