- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
Chop fine and then put all ingredients in a large bowl:
- 2 cups onion
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups green pepper
- 1 small can red pimiento
Add:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Will keep a long time!
