If you save the juice from the "no sugar added" canned fruit and use that you could serve it to anyone who is a diabetic. Makes an easy dessert. I love to use it in homemade muffin, pancake, or cake batters instead of milk. I know this is not about drinking the juice, but try heating the juice up as a "tea"--wonderful.
