Warm it in the microwave, thicken it with cornstarch and you have a great glaze for any kind of fruit. Cool before adding the fruit. If you save the juice from the "no sugar added" canned fruit and use that you could serve it to anyone who is a diabetic. Makes an easy dessert.

Our kids love to make freeze pops out of letover fruit juice. I love to use it in homemade muffin, pancake, or cake batters instead of milk. I know this is not about drinking the juice, but try heating the juice up as a "tea"--wonderful. Karaof4

Save leftover fruit juice until there's enough to fill an ice cube tray. The cubes add extra flavor to lemonade, iced tea, or jello.
