Easy to make, but tastes scrumptious!
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and dry vanilla pudding. Set aside. Mix melted margarine, egg, and 1/2 cup milk. Mix wet ingredients with dry, beat two minutes.
Pour into a prepared 9 inch deep dish, 11 inch pie, or 9 inch square pan (I used a 10 inch flan pan). Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and peach juice. Spoon within 1 inch of edge on top of peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. (Make sure you keep the cream cheese mixture 1 inch from the side of the dish or it will cook over while baking.)

The recipe alone made my mouth water. This is on my"to do"list. Thanks for the recipe.
I am a disaster in the kitchen when it comes to baking but I am very willing and excited to attempt to make this tonight! Sounds delicious. :)
What temperature is used for baking this?
Oh my goodness, it is baked at 350F. So sorry I forgot that.
So I made this last night. Let me just tell you, I can't stop thinking about it. I'm totally addicted to this cake and I'm not even a huge cake fan. I gave a piece to my fiance last night and he said "I love you" after he took one bite. Haha! Thank you!
