- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- green pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti or macaroni
- 1 large can tomatoes (undrained)
Brown the meat, onion and green pepper together and drain. Add the ketchup, barbecue sauce, salt, spaghetti or macaroni and the undrained tomatoes. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

In my childhood days, this was known as "Glop". Loved it and still do. My kids ask for it at least twice a month. We leave out the green pepper and add grated cheese. Quick and easy.
