Inspect Your Crawl Space

It's not fun, but it's worth doing at least once a year. If your home has a crawl space, crawl around down there and look for bugs and moisture. Be sure to crawl under the bathroom and kitchen and look up at the sub-flooring for watermarks. If you see any then you have a significant leak that needs to be fixed. Also tack up any drooping insulation. If your floor is insulated, be sure cover every inch of your body and wear goggles and a face mask before venturing into the crawl space. By Fisher
