Before grilling swordfish try coating one side with mayonnaise. Cook on one side and then coat the other side after turning it. Makes a nice slightly crusty outside and good tasting topping. Happy eating.

Hi, I was wondering how do you cook Swordfish. The only other fish I've cooked was snook. Thank you for your help!!
