Eating more vegetables will improve your health. Here is a simple but delicious way to cook asparagus:
Roasted Asparagus
- 1 pound asparagus spears; break tough ends off
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 500*. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat. Roast for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
