Years ago I went to an Amish dinner and a dessert they served was made with orange jello and tapioca. It was served cold or chilled. Anyone have the recipes.

Thank you!
Amanda

Here is my recipe: 2 small boxes tapioca
1 small box orange gelatin
1 can mandarin oranges
1-8 oz container cool whip
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows

Combine juice from oranges with water enough to make 3 cups. Add tapioca & gelatin & cook until thick. Cool! Then fold in marshmallows & cool whip--Yummy!!!!!

this sounds like what you may have had--my family loves this and I always get requests for lunches at work and church dinners!
1 pkg orange jello
1 box cook & serve vanilla pudding
1 box cook & serve tapioca pudding
Cook these with 2 1/2 cups water over medium heat until thick. Cool. Add 8 oz cool whip and 2 small cans of mandarin oranges. Chill.
