Grate the rind of one of each and use the juice of the lemons and oranges. Add the sugar and mashed bananas and stir well. Add crushed pineapple and ginger ale. Freeze to a mush. This can be frozen a little harder than a mush, and then it will stay more firm when dishing it up. Can be served in sherbet glasses and topped with a red cherry.

In a large sauce pan, bring sugar and water to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in frozen juice. In a large bowl, combine fruits. Put mixed fruit in 12 1-pint freezer containers, leaving 1/2 inch space at the top. Pour hot juice syrup over the top. Seal and label containers. Freeze. Use 6-8 months. Thaw partially and spoon into dishes. Pour ginger ale over the top.
