Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) diced jalapenos, drained, these are hot, adjust amount to taste
- 1/4 cup (2 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded, more if you're a cheese lover like me ;-)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- salsa
- sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. If you don't have a pizza stone or round nonstick cooking sheet, lightly grease a regular round cooking sheet.
Cook ground beef in skillet, drain and spoon evenly on pizza crust dough. Top with cheese, chilies, jalapenos and olives.
Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
