Prepare pie crust. Fill with peeled and sliced peaches. Mix other ingredients. Pour over peaches in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F and then lower oven to 350 degrees F until done. Watch closely!
Hi, sounds great and simple to make. Always love fruit pie,cobbler,and crisp recipies.. How ever, how long at 350? I would guessimate maybe 15min to 30min at 350. Just want to make sure . Thankyou Helen

This sounds really yummy. We do something similar with any fruit - crustada, but no eggs - bet the eggs make it taste more like cobbler. We also use a pie pan to keep the crust from falling down. Definitely have to try this one, thanks!
