Try this. As I am dieting, I deserve I need a treat too, so I add Bran to my chocolate ice cream, it is like eating a crushed cone in your ice cream. You'll eat less of the cooool stuff.

Hey carol that idea of putting bran in your ice cream sounds like an idea worth trying. I like a little crunch in my ice cream any way. I'll have to remember that the next time I get some Ice cream
