Tuna Crisp Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 2/3 cup coarsely chopped cashew nuts

Directions

Saute' onion and celery in butter until celery is soft. Combine undiluted soup and water. Add onions and celery, soy sauce, pepper, Tabasco and tuna. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle chow mein noodles and cashew nuts over top. Bake in 350 degree F oven for about 30 minutes.
